PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: A concentrated stock solution of the test substance was prepared using Cremophor as a solvent. Then, a serial dilution of this stock solution in culture medium was prepared to obtain the desired test concentrations. In addition, a culture medium control and a solvent control was tested in parallel. The maximum solvent concentration in the test was 100 mg/l.
