Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

Due to the limited solubility of the sample in water, different solvents were evaluated to find the most suitable solvent system for the titration.

The sample was insoluble in ethanol-water solvent system at room temperature.

toluene-ethanol-water solvent system was used to calculate the pKb for OLOA 218A. As OECD 112 guideline for titration was no longer followed, the calculated Pkb 1 value using this solvent system is 6.8 and Pkb 2 value using this solvent system is 6.0.
