First-aid measures
NOTES TO THE PHYSICIAN: For detailed information on the ingredients see Section 3. Symptomatic treatment is advised.
INHALATION: Unlikely to be hazardous by inhalation because of the low vapour pressure of the substance at ambient temperature. Move the exposed
person to fresh air at once. Rinse nose and mouth with water. Get medical attention.
INGESTION: Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth thoroughly. Drink plenty of water. Get medical attention.
SKIN CONTACT: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin thoroughly with soap and water for several minutes. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
EYE CONTACT: Make sure to remove any contact lenses from the eyes before rinsing. Promptly wash eyes with plenty of water while lifting the eye lids.
Continue to rinse for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately. Continue to rinse.
Fire-fighting measures
EXTINGUISHING MEDIA: Extinguish with foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder or water fog.
SPECIAL FIRE FIGHTING PROCEDURES: By heating and fire, toxic vapours/gases may be formed. Self contained breathing apparatus and full protective clothing must be worn in case of fire.
Accidental release measures
SPILL CLEAN UP METHODS: Absorb in vermiculite, dry sand or earth and place into containers. Flush with plenty of water to clean spillage area.
Handling and storage
USAGE PRECAUTIONS: Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged skin contact. Use this product in a well ventilated area, particularly as good ventilation is essential when PVC processing temperatures are maintained, and fumes from the PVC formulation require regulating.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS: Store in tightly closed original container in a well-ventilated place. Avoid: Water, moisture.

Exposure controls / personal protection
INGREDIENT COMMENTS: Workplace Exposure Limits 2005 - (EH40). No exposure limits noted for ingredient(s).
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
HAND PROTECTION: Wear protective gloves. PVC gloves are recommended. (CEN EN420 - PVC)
EYE PROTECTION: Wear goggles/face shield. (CEN EN166)
OTHER PROTECTION: Wear appropriate clothing to prevent any possibility of skin contact. (CEN EN340) Wash contaminated clothing before reuse.
HYGIENE MEASURES: Observe good industrial hygiene practices. Wash at the end of each work shift and before eating, smoking and using the toilet. Wash promptly if skin becomes wet or contaminated. Promptly remove any clothing that becomes wet or contaminated. Use appropriate skin
cream to prevent drying of skin. When using do not eat, drink or smoke.
Stability and reactivity
STABILITY: Stable under normal temperature conditions.
CONDITIONS TO AVOID: Avoid excessive heat for prolonged periods of time.
MATERIALS TO AVOID: Avoid contact with oxidising agents.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS: Thermal decomposition or combustion may liberate carbon oxides and other toxic gases or vapours.
Disposal considerations
GENERAL INFORMATION: Non-hazardous substance. Number. EWC 070215.
DISPOSAL METHODS: Dispose of waste and residues in accordance with local authority requirements.
