Three acute endpoints for three different trophic levels are available for Dichlorobis (ɳ-cylcopentadienyl)titanium.

The lowest ErC50 is found for algae and is 0.73 mg/L.

The substance is not readily biodegradability, but shows rapid hydrolysis and has a low log Kow of -1.35.

Acute endpoint for algae falls between 0.1 and 1 mg/L, therefore under Regulation (EU) No 286/2011 (2nd ATP to CLP) Dichlorobis (ɳ-cylcopentadienyl)titanium should be classified Category acute 1, with M-factor 1.

The substance is not readily biodegradable and the chronic ErC50 for algae is between 0.1 and 1 mg/L. This would lead to Category chronic 1, with M-factor 1.
