Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because a long-term aquatic toxicity study on invertebrates is available
Justification for type of information:
According to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Column 2 of Annex VII, short-term toxicity testing on aquatic invertebrates does not need to be conducted if a long-term aquatic toxicity study on invertebrates is available. A 21-day daphnid reproduction test was conducted on an analogue substance through read-across; therefore, short-term toxicity testing on aquatic invertebrates is waived.
