Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
test procedure in accordance with national standard methods
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
other: 40 CFR 158.190
Deviations:
no
GLP compliance:
yes
Type of method:
testing for reactivity towards container material
Specific details on test material used for the study:
XRD-535 ME
Lot #: AGR 259823
Purity: 98.6%
Storage stability / reactivity towards container material:
other: No significant change was seen in the test substance
Conclusions:
No significant change was seen in the test substance after one month at either 100°F (38°C) ± 5°F and 122°F (50°C) ± 5°F or in contact with any of the metals after one month at 122°F±5°F
Executive summary:

The stability of the test substance was evaluated after storage at 100°F (38°C) ± 5°F and 122°F (50°C) ± 5°F for one month and in contact with 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, mild steel and brass at 122°F after one month. No significant change was seen in the test substance after one month at either 100°F (38°C) ± 5°F and 122°F (50°C) ± 5°F or in contact with any of the metals after one month at 122°F±5°F. The assay of the test substance was above 98% of initial in all cases after one month.
