- JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
In accordance with Annex XI, section 2 of Regulation No. 1907/2006, studies can be waived where testing is technically not possible. The test substance contains Harpin-αß which is highly unstable and will decompose on heating during the course of a study to determine the vapour pressure. A vapour pressure study is therefore technically not feasible.
