Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets

Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

HPLC method

Details on study design: HPLC method:
EQUIPMENT
- Apparatus:Modular HPLC system with UV/VIS detector

MEASURING PARAMETERS
- Column: CC 250/3 Nucleosil 100-5 CN (Macherey & Nagel)
- Mobile phase: water/acetonitrile = 9 : 1 (vIv)
- Flow rate: 0.7 ml/min
- Injection volume: 5 µl
- Detector: UV, (205 nm)
- Dead time: The dead time of the HPLC-system was measured with formamide

REFERENCE SUBSTANCES
- Identity: Formamide, Acetanilide, N,N-dimethylbenzamide, Methylbenzoate, Atrazin, Isoproturon A, Methiocarb

SAMPLE PREPARATIONS
- 20.17 mg of the test item were dissolved in 50 ml of acetonitrile, and then diluted with water I acetonitrile =1 : 1.

- For calibration, small amounts (7.1 - 82.1 mg) of reference compounds were dissolved in 20 ml of acetonitrile under ultrasonic
treatment, and then the flask was filled up to volume (100 ml) with water. These solutions were injected into the HPLCsystem.
