The results of this study showed a log Kow less than 0.3. According to the column 2 of the annex IX, section 9.3.2, the bioaccumulation in aquatic species study can be waived if the log Kow of a substance is below 3.

Moreover, as the substance is readily diodegradable and is not expected to have bioaccumulative properties.

As a consequence the bioaccumulation: aquatic / sediment part can be waived.
