The key study (quoted Klimish 1), realiseda according to the GLP accreditation and the OECD 117 guideline, concluded about the estimatation of the partition coefficient n-octanol/water (Kow) by HPLC method (OECD guideline 117).

The results of this study showed a log Kow less than 0.3. According to the column 2 of the annex IX, section 9.3.2, the bioaccumulation in aquatic species study can be waived if the log Kow of a substance is below 3.

Moreover, as the substance is readily diodegradable and is not expected to have bioaccumulative properties.

As a consequence the bioaccumulation: aquatic / sediment part can be waived.
