Description of key information

One reliable key study is available on the registered liquid mixture and the freezing point was experimentally determined to be less than 20°C (<253K).

-20 °C

Additional information

The determination of the freezing point of the liquid mixture was carried out according to Method A1 Melting/Freezing Temperature of Commission Regulation (EC) N°440/2008 of 30 May 2008 and the OECD Guidelines 102 for Testing of Chemicals of 27 July 1995 and compliant with GLP.

The test item became slightly viscous during cooling but didn't solidified up to -20°C. In accordance with Column 2 adaptation statement of REACH Annex VII, Information requirement section 7.2, the study didn't needed to be conducted below this lower limit of -20°C.
