Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The short term toxicity to fish was studied according to OECD TG No. 203 and Test Method C.1 from Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008. This study was performed to the principles of UK GLP in the test facility operating in compliance with GLP. However, the Study Director has not signed the study plan, and has since left the test laboratory, therefore no formal claim of GLP compliance can be made. This is not expected to have affected the scientific validity or the integrity of the results. For animal welfare concern it was decided not to perform a new test.

No mortality was recorded up to the maximum test concentration of 100 mg/L (based on test material) after 96 -hours exposure of fish to the substance. The 96-h LC50was >100 mg/L and the NOEC value was 100mg/L based on mortality/sublethal effects. These results were assessed to be suitable for chemical risk assessment and classification and labelling purposes.
