Additional information

The effect of Condensation Product of N-C12-C18-Alkylpropane-1,3-Diamine, N-(3-Aminopropyl)-N’-C12-C18-Alkylpropane-1,3-Diamine and Formic Acid on

the reproduction ofDaphnia magnawas assessed under semi-static exposure conditions over a period of 21 days in accordance with OECD testing guideline 211 and GLP requirements. The daphnia were exposed to nominal test concentrations between 1 and 320 µg/L. Due to the limited amount of analytical data available, the test results have been expressed in terms of the nominal concentrations. It is acknowledged that test results expressed in terms of the nominal values may have under estimated the toxicity of the test substance because the results of chemical analysis (where available) indicated that measured concentrations were either not achieved or maintained during the definitive test.

The NOEC was determined to be 3.2 µg/L and the LOEC was 10 µg/L.

Quality criteria were fulfilled.
