Conclusion on classification

Based on the data above, Distillates (Fischer-Tropsch), 210-360 degree Celsius, hydrotreated, isoalkanes, cyclics, <0.1% aromatics, is considered to be not rapidly degradable and has a log Kow of 8.55. The acute aquatic toxicity L(E)C50 values are > 1 mg/L for fish, algae and daphnid. No effects were observed up to the limit of the water solubility. Valid chronic toxicity data are available - the lowest NOEC values are > 1 mg/L for fish, algae and daphnid. No effects were observed up to the limit of the water solubility. Therefore, Distillates (Fischer-Tropsch), 210-360 degree Celsius, hydrotreated, isoalkanes, cyclics, <0.1% aromatics, does not need to be classified and labelled as environmental hazard according to the Regulation (EC) No.1272/2008 (CLP) and the Regulation (EU) No. 286/2011 (2ndATP).
