Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- The partition coefficient (Pow) of the test substance was estimated to be > 1.2x106 (log Pow = > 6.1).
- Executive summary:
The partition coefficient (Log Pow) of the test substance was determined in a GLP compliant guideline study. The test substance is a metal complex therefore the HPLC-rnethod was not applicable. The flask shaking method was not applicable because the test substance was not a mono-constituent substance (the test substance was notified as a uvcb product by process). Therefore, the main study was not performed. Instead, the partition coefficient was estimated as the quotient of the n-octanol and water solubility
The partition coefficient (Pow) of the test substance was estimated to be > 1.2x106 (log Pow = > 6.1).
