This is a qualitative test which classifies the burning behaviour of a material when subjected to a standard ignition source (Glowing Platinum Wire in this case) under standard conditions. The test is carried out in a fume cupboard at 100°C in a fan-assisted oven (and at room temperature if Specifically requested).

The flammability was performed by screening test "burning behaviour" based on Guideline VDI 2263, 1990.
