In this guideline (OECD 202) study, the 48 hour EC50 of the test material (EC 231 -272 -0) to Daphnia magna was determined to be >119 mg/l (nominal). The test was conducted under static conditions. The result of the this test is not sufficient to trigger classification and labelling under the EU Classification, Labelling, and Packaging (CLP) regulation (1272/2008).

In a limit test conducted according to OECD 202 guideline (BASF SE, 2010) an EC50 of > 119 mg/L based on mean measured concentrations was determined. At this single test substance concentration no immobile daphnids were observed, hence the EC0 was > 119 mg/L as well.
