The test material is an off white crystalline solid at 20°C and 101.3kPa.
Melting point:
Key Study:
In an OECD Guideline 102 study, conducted according to GLP, the melting point of the test material is 190ºC (463K) at 101.3 kPa.
Boiling point:
Key study:
In an OECD Guideline 103 study, conducted according to GLP, the boiling point of the test material is 377ºC without decomposition when measured at 100.5 kPa.
Supporting Study:
In an OECD Guideline 103, conducted according to GLP, the boiling point of the test material is >300ºC without decomposition at 101.8kPa.
Relative density:
Key Study:
In an OECD Guideline 109 study, conducting according to GLP, the density of the test material is 1360 kgm3 and the relative density is 1.36 at 21.5ºC.
Particle size distribution:
Key Study:
In a study conducted according to European Commission Guidance Document EUR 20268, under GLP conditions, the percentage of the test material having an inhalable particle size of less than 100µm is 2.24%. The test material is considered to be essentially non-inhalable.

In an OECD Guideline 104 study, conducted according to GLP, the vapour pressure of the test material at 25 ºC (298K) is 3.3E-04 Pa.

In an OECD Guideline 107 study, conducted according to GLP, the partition coefficient (log Pow) of the test material at 25 ºC (298K) is 3.5.

In an OECD Guideline 105 study, conducted according to GLP, the water solubility of the test material is 0.122 mg/L at 20℃ (293K).

In an OECD Guideline 105 study, conducted according to GLP, the water solubility of the test material is 0.15 mg/L at 25℃ (298K).
Surface tension:
According to Column 2 of Annex VII of the European Union (EU) Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) 1907/2006 regulation, surface tension study does not need to be determined if the water solubility is below 1 mg/L at 20 °C. Based on the test material water solubility ( 0.122 mg/l at 20C) this endpoint has been waived.
Flash point:
The flash point study is being waived as a flammability study is more applicable. The test material is a solid (white flake) at room temperature.

In an EU Method A16 study conducted according to GLP, the test material does not self ignite at below the melting point (190ºC (463K)).

In an EU Method A.10 (Flammability (Solids) conducted according to GLP, the test material is not highly flammable.
Explosiveness:
According to Column 2 of Annex VII of the European Union (EU) Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) 1907/2006 regulation an explosivity study does not need to be conducted because there are no chemical groups present in the molecule which are associated with explosive properties. This endpoint is being waived.
Oxidising properties:
The study does not need to be conducted because there are no chemical groups present in the molecule which are associated with oxidizing properties and hence, the classification procedure does not need to be applied. The test material does not contain any chemical groups associated with oxidising properties, therefore, this endpoint is being waived.
Stability:
According to Column 1 of Annex IX of the European Union (EU) Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) 1907/2006 regulation, stability in organic solvents and identity of relevant degradation products study does not need to be conducted if the substance stability is not considered critical. The stability of the test material is not considered critical based upon its physical properties and use profile, therefore this endpoint is being waived.
Dissociation constant:
Based on the substance structure, the test material contains no dissociation constants within the environmentally relevant pH range. The dissociation constant in water, therefore, was not determined according to OECD 112 and this endpoint is being waived.
Viscosity:
The test material is a solid at room temperature. A viscosity determination according to OECD 114, therefore, is not applicable. This endpoint is being waived.
