Description of key information

The relative auto ignition temperature of Ammonium magnesium phosphate was determined in a hot air-stream (100 - 120 L/h) according to VDI 2263, sheet 1.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The temperature of the test item showed an endothermic effect from room temperature to 300 °C. No further endothermic or exothermic effects were observed up to the maximum test temperature (approximately 475 °C). Due to these results the test item is not a "self heating substance".
