Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

Acute aquatic toxicity data are available for fish (Danio rerio, Leuciscus idus), aquatic invertebrates (Daphnia magna) and algae. The most sensitive species to the test item is algae with a 72-h ErC50 of 0.21 mg/L which is carried forward in the risk assessment of the substance. The related ErC10 (72 h) is 0.02 mg/L.

Information on the acute aquatic toxicity to fish and aquatic invertebrates was assessed in a weight-of-evidence approach:

The key value identified for the chemical safety assessment for fish is LC50 (96 h) = 3.14 mg/L.

The identified key value for aquatic invertebrates (Daphnia) is EC50 (48 h) = 0.3162 mg/L.

The EC50 (respiration inhibition) of activated sludge after 30 min is 59 mg/L.
