Specific details on test material used for the study:
Identify: FAT 20013/D TE Lot. 1502011(CHINA)
Key result
Relative self-ignition temperature:
413 °C
Conclusions:
The auto-ignition temperature of FAT 20013/D was determined as 413 °C.
Executive summary:

The determination of the auto-ignition temperature of FAT 20013 was performed in a study conducted according to EU Method A.15 using apparatus designed as per DIN 51794. The auto-ignition temperature, as obtained by this method, is the minimum ambient temperature expressed in °C at which a certain volume of a substance ignites under defined conditions. The temperature of the oven and the sample were continuously recorded while the temperature of the oven was increased to approximately 550 °C at a rate of about 3- 5 °C/min. Then the test item is given drop by drop with pipette by cylinder hole into Erlenmeyer flask, till the self ignition was spotted. The auto-ignition temperature of FAT 20013/D was found to be 413 °C.
