Any other information on results incl. tables

A DSC-run in an aluminium crucible with a hole showed an exothermic effect (melting) in the temperature range of 55 -95 °C with an onset temperature of 76.5 °C. The melting point was determined with 76.4 °C.

In oder to clarify the results of the DSC measurement an additional with the capillary method was performed.

Set point: 40°C, heating rate 5 °C/min., end point 300 °C, melting range 80 - 82 °C.

75 °C: test item sinters

80 °C test item started to melt

82 °C melted, yellowish, unclear

121 °C clear, yellowish liquid

Due to this, it is concluded that the test item melted at app. 80 °C.
