Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

OECD TG 203

Oncorhynchus mykiss

96-h LC50

> 0.7 mg/L (measured)*

Key study, Rel 1.

OECD TG 202

Daphnia magna

48-h LC50

0.87 mg/L (nominal and > 80% of the measured value)

Key study, Rel 1.

OECD TG 201

Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata

72-h ErC50

72-h NOErC

> 1.2 mg/L (measured)

1.2 mg/L (measured)

Key study, Rel 1.

OECD TG 209

Activated sludge, from predominantly domestic sewage

3-h EC50

3-h EC10

100 - 1000 mg/L

10 - 100 mg/L

Key study, Rel 1.

OECD TG 211  Long-term Daphnia  21-d NOEC  0.3 mg/l  Key study, Rel 2. The result is based on acute chronic ratio of Florhydral for Daphnia and applied to Floralozone

In the fish toxicity study the maximum nominal concentration of 0.87 mg/l was used to see if fish were more sensitive compared to Daphnia. The LC50 of fish exceeded the EC50 for Daphnia and therefore for classification and labelling and for the risk characterisation the fish will not be drive the endpoints in these frameworks.
