Mutagenicity: There was no mutagenic effect of test material in the presence or absence of S-9 mix in the Standard plate test, nor in the

preincubation test with or without S-9 mix.

Bacteriotoxicity: A bacteriotoxic effect was observed only in the preincubation test without S-9 mix using TA 98 at doses of 2500 µg/plate and

above in one out of two experiments.

Solubility: The test material was completely soluble in DMSO.
