Additional information

The substance is a solid at room temperature, however, it has a low melting point and the flash point has been detected according to ISO 3679:2015 Determination of flash no-flash and flash point - Rapid equilibrium closed cup method.

According to the CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008, Annex I: Table 2.6.1, Label elements for flammable liquids Category Criteria:

- Flash point < 23 °C and initial boiling point ≤ 35 °C

- Flash point < 23 °C and initial boiling point > 35 °C

- Flash point ≥ 23 °C and ≤ 60 °C

For the purpose of Regulation, gas, oils, diesel and light heating oils having a flash point between 55 and 75 °C may be regarded as Category 3.

Therefore, the substance is not classified as flammable.
