The major metabolites of polyglycerols esters of fatty acids correspond to hydrolysis products: free fatty acids, glycerol and its oligomers.
Free fatty acids and glycrerol are metabolised and they do not deposit, glycerol oligomers are excreted by urines without accumulation.
