Description of key information

Based on the chemical structure of the test item, hydrolysis is not expected.

The test item degraded at 48.6 % in 28 days. Therefore, the test item is not readily biodegradable, but inherently biodegradable.

Adsorption / desorption

In accordance with Annex VIII column 2 of the Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 REACH the test on adsorption / desorption does not need to be performed if the substance has a low octanol water partition coefficient. The partition coefficient of the test item was determined to be -3.25 (refer to IUCLID Section 4.7 'Partition coefficient').
