Conclusive experimental results are available from acute tests for invertebrates (daphnia), algae and microorganism.
Short-term toxicity to fish: waiving based on low water solubility

Toxicity to aquatic algae and cyanobacteria: 72h-ErL50 of 45.9 mg/L (grow, nominal, WAF)

Algae was identified as most sensitive species, therefore the effect value 72h-ErL50 of 45.9 mg/L is the critical value for classification.
Evaluation is based on classification categories for hazardous to the aquatic environment according to GHS Regulation EC No 1272/2008.
