As the L(E)C50 values are above 1 mg/L, the substance does not need to be classified for acute aquatic hazard in accordance with the CLP Regulation (the lowest L(E)C50 value is 1.7 mg/L). Based on the 72h-ErC10 value obtained in the algae study (0.67 mg/L) and as the substance should be regarded as not rapidly degradable according to the CLP Regulation, the substance should be classified in Category 2 for long-term aquatic hazard (H411).
