Conclusions:
Using the flask method ist was shown that the solubility of 2-amino-5-chloro-N,3-dimethylbenzamide shows pH dependance ranging from 309 mg/L (pH = 4) to 264 mg/L (pH = 9).
Executive summary:

The objective of this study is to determine the solubility in water of 2-AMINO-5CHLORO-N,3-DIMETHYLBENZAMIDE following the Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006 - and Council regulation (EC) No. 260/2014 - EC A.6. method (2014) and OECD  Guideline No. 105 (1995).

The solubility of 2 -AMINO-5 -CHLORO-N,3DIMETHYLBENZAMIDE in water performed at three pH (4, 7 and 9) was as followed:

pH (4) = 309 mg/L

pH(7) = 274 mg/L

pH (9) = 264 mg/L

Description of key information

The objective of this study was to determine the solubility of 2 -AMINO-5CHLORO-N,3 -DIMETHYLBENZAMIDE

in water following the Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006 - and Council regulation (EC) No. 260/2014 - EC A.6. method (2014) and OECD  Guideline No. 105 (1995).

The solubility of 2 -AMINO-5 -CHLORO-N,3DIMETHYLBENZAMIDE in water performed at three pH (4, 7 and 9) is determined to:

pH (4) = 309 mg/L

pH(7) = 274 mg/L

pH (9) = 264 mg/L

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Water solubility:
