Description of key information

The substance dihydrogen hexafluorozirconate is fully miscible with water. In practice, dihydrogen hexafluorozirconate is produced and marketed in the form of aqueous solutions (typical concentration around 45%) and is stable only in solution, which has a pH of <1 (to a large extent the substance is dissociated into hydrogen cations and hexafluorozirconate complexes). Experimental determination of a water solubility is scientifically not justified (in accordance with REACH Annex XI, Section 1).

Additional information

The substance dihydrogen hexafluorozirconate is produced, marketed and used in the form of an aqueous solution (fully miscible with water). A definitive figure for water solubility cannot be given.
