Description of key information

The partition coefficient n-octanoll water (Pow) of the test item was determined according to OECD guideline no. 117 [adopted on 13 April 2004] and EU test method A.8 [Directive 92/69/EEC, Official Journal L 383 A 1992] with the HPLC method.
The test item consists of different components with different log Pow-values:
Pow = 25 to 2.0 X 10^7 Log Pow= 1.4 to 7.3 (upper and lower limits of test item mixture components)
There are also further components eluating at the dead time (k' = 0; tr = 1.18), therefore showing a log Pow< 1.4.
