Additional information

The substance Carbohydrates and Sugars, hexitols, anhydro, was tested for its ready biodegradability in a modified Sturm test (CO2 evolution) according to the OECD Guideline 301B and in compliance with the GLP.

No biodegradation was observed within the test period of 28 days. All the validity criteria of the method were fulfilled.

The substance is considered as not readily biodegradable in the conditions of the OCDE 301B test.
