The O.E.C.D. Testing Guideline 204 Fish, Prolonged Toxicity Test: 14 -day Study conducted with Poecilia reticulata (guppy) on the structural analog 3 -chloropropene (CAS No.: 107 -05 -1) is most appropriate for establishing PNEC values. The NOEC for this study is 1.2 mg/L. The findings from this study are supported by the results from two independend studies with green and blue-green algae conducted under semi-static conditions for eight days. The NOEC values from these two algal studies ranged 6.3 - 8.2 mg/L.
