Description of key information
A 14-day semi-static study was conducted in the guppy and a semi-static 48 hr acute exposure study was conducted with the Japanese medaka with the structural analog of AC Light Ends, 3-chloropropene.

An O.E.C.D. Guideline 204 (Fish, Prolonged Toxicity Test: 14 -day Study) was conducted on Poecilia reticulata (guppy) with 3 -chloropropene and semi-static exposure. The NOEC for the 14 -day semi-static study was 1.2 mg/L based on mortality. This NOEC value is supported by the LC50 value of 6.9 mg/L from the 48 hr exposure study with the Japanese medaka.
