no

Test solutions

Vehicle:
no
Details on test solutions:
Stock solutions were prepared in water. The stock solutions to produce the desired test concentrations were pumped into a continuous flow of water (3.75 1/h) by high precision positive displacement pumps. After 6 hours of constant operation of the dosing system the fish were transfered into the aquaria.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
not specified
Conclusions:
In a guildeline (92/69/EEC C.1) flow-through study, the 96-hour LC50 for D 25-207 in Zebra-Fish was 101 mg/L (nominal conc.). The NOEC was 58 mg/L. Water solubility of the test substance was indicated to be < 100 mg/L.
