Pre-Test for Safety

Formation of bubbles was observed at 347 °C. After cooling down the colour of the test item was yellowish, but no signs of decomposition or polymerisation could be observed.

Conclusions:
The flashpoint of MAEEBP was determined according to EU Method A.9, OPPTS 830.6315 and UN Manual Test Methods 32.4. The value is stated as 112.5 °C (mean value of two independent determinations).
