The actual value of the saturated vapour pressure of the test substance
may be considered to be at least one order of magnitude smaller than
0.0000001 Pa (0.000000001 mm Hg) which is the lower limit of the vapour pressure to
be determined with the gas saturation method given in the EEC Test
Guideline A.4.
