Description of key information
The substance is not highly flammable in contact with water or damp air, and is not pyrophoric. These properties were determined according to EU method A12 and A13, respectively, and GLP.

The molecular structure of Diglycerol does not contain groups that might lead to the evolution of a dangerous amount of flammable gas(es) when coming into contact with water or damp air, nor lead to sponaneous ignition when coming into contact with air. No metals, transition metals, boron or silicon are present. Experience in handling during this project shows that the test substance does not ignite spontaneously after coming in contact with air at room temperature.

The substance is not classified for flammability according to CLP Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
