35 °C
Type:
log Koc
Value:
< 1.32 dimensionless
Temp.:
35 °C
Validity criteria fulfilled:
not specified
Conclusions:
log Koc of the test substance was < 1.32 (Koc < 20.9)
Executive summary:

The log Koc of MPKO was determined by means of HPLC. In the chromatogram of the test solution, one test substance peak was observed at a retention time of 2.6 minutes. Under the same analytical conditions, the retention time of phenol (log Koc = 1.32) was 3.1 minutes. Hence, it was concluded that the log Koc of the test substance was < 1.32 (Koc < 20.9)

Description of key information

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Koc at 20 °C:
20.9

Additional information

One study investigating the adsorption of 2-Pentanone oxime was available. The adsorption coefficient was determined in a GLP-study according to OECD guideline 121 using HPLC. The determined log Koc was < 1.32 (KOC: < 20.9).
