Description of key information

In accordance with REACh Annex IX, column 2, a simulation study on ultimate degradation in surface water does not need to be conducted. The substance rapidly hydrolysis in water under formation of highly insoluble oligomeric or polymeric ureas. Furthermore, the CSA did not indicate the need to further assess the degradation of the substance or its degradation (hydrolysis) products.
