Description of key information

According to the column 2 adaptation statement, for solids, of REACH Annex VII,  information requirement section 7.12, a study is not required if preliminary results exclude self-heating of the substance up to 400°C. No sign of self-heating was observed in the DSC melting-point study (IUCLID section 4.2) up to 400°C.
Signs of decomposition were observed from 380°C but no sign of self-heating was observed, only a decrease in temperature. In addition, the melting point of the substance is greater than 450°C without any indications of self-heating.
