Description of key information

In accordance with the column 2 of REACH Annex VII, the study does not need to be conducted if the substance is an organic peroxide.
Moreover, in the CLP regulations, Organic peroxides are not classified as oxidizers, they are classified in a distinct hazard class (reference CLP regulations 2.15).
Nevertheless, some data coming from literature indicate that the substance is a powerful oxidizer and a strong supporter of combustion.
