Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

LC50 (96h) > 0.33 mg/L and NOEC (96h) > 0.33 mg/L for Brachydanio rerio (new name: Danio rerio) [EU Method C.1, static; test item: structural analogue with EC 413-750-2]

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The acute toxicity of the structural analogue to fish has been determined in a test with Brachydanio rerio (new name: Danio rerio) according to EU Method C.1. The LC50 and the NOEC were > 0.33 mg/L (96h). Hence, it can be stated that there is no toxicity in the range of the low water solubility of the test substance. Therefore, the test substance is considered not to be harmful to fish.

Since EC 700-397-7 is a near analogue to the test substance (EC 413-750-2), the experimental data from this substance were used in a read-across approach.
