Description of key information
The toxicity of the substance towards aquatic invertebrates was assessed in a study according to OECD TG 202 using Water Accommodated Fraction (WAF) with loading rates up to 100 mg/L and Daphnia magna as test species. No toxic effects were observed up to and including the the highest treatment, i.e. the 48h-EL50 was determined to be > 100 mg/L (nominal). The 48h-NOEC and 48h-EC50 based on median measured concentrations was >= 0.0271 mg/L and > 0.0271 mg/L, respectively.
Key value for chemical safety assessment
Additional information
The toxicity of the test substance to Daphnia magna was tested according to OECD TG 202 (GLP, reliability 1). The effective concentrations were based on the median analytical recovery after 0 and 48 hours. The 48h-EC50 was > 0.0271 mg/L (measured).
