GHS

General Information

Implementation:
EU
Remarks:

Self Classification according to Reg. 1272/2008 EC and ATP04
Our self classification deviates from that found in EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances

and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 ATP04.

While the data do not warrant an Acute Tox. 4 (H332: harmful if inhaled) however, the stricter classification will be adhered to. In addition, while this regulation does not classify for the eye endpoint, our data indicates that a classification of Eye Irrit. 2 (H319: Causes serious eye irritation) and STOT Single Exp. 3 (H336: May cause drowsiness or dizziness) are warranted.
