Additional information

In a 48h acute toxicity study, Daphnia magna were exposed to 3-((9,10-Dihydro-9,10-dioxo-4-(methylamino)-1-anthracenyl)amino)-N,N-dimethyl-N-propyl-1-Propanaminium-bromid (Bluequat-Bromide) at nominal concentrations of 0 (control), 6.25, 12.5, 25.0, 50.0, 100.0mg./L. The 48h EC50 value based on mobility was 38.3 mg a.i./L with 95% CL of 0.30.9 to 47.4 mg/L. This toxicity study is classified as acceptable and satisfises the guideline requirement for the current OECD 202 Daphnia acute toxicity study
