The water solubility cs of the test item TRIS-HCL at a temperature of 20°C was determined according to the flask method described in the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008 and 260/2014 and in the OECD 105. It was found to be cs = 561 g/L.

Interpretation of results (migrated information): very soluble (> 10000 mg/L) TRIS-HCl is very soluble in water.
