the substance is not PBT / vPvB
Justification:

Persistence Assessment: Due to the results presented in the CSR chapter 4.1 the substance is not considered to be persistent (not P) or very persistent (not vP) in the environment.

Bioaccumulation Assessment: Due to the results from CSR chapter 4.3 the substance has to be considered as bioaccumulative (B) and very bioaccumulative (vB).

Toxicity Assessment: Due to the results of the aquatic toxicity studies (see CSR chapter 7.1. Aquatic compartment including sediment) and the relevant mammalian toxicity studies (see CSR chapter 5. Human Health Hazard Assessment), the substance is not toxic (not T). Conclusions on PBT or vPvB Properties: Regarding all available data on biotic and abiotic degradation, bioaccumulation and toxicity it can be stated that the substance does not fulfil the PBT criteria (not PBT) and not the vPvB criteria (not vPvB).
