Additional information

The acute toxicity of Orasol Pink 478 (CAS 97862-65-2) to aquatic invertebrates was determined in a 48-hour semi-static test conducted according OECD TG 202 using D. magna as test organism. The test was performed in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice regulations. Nominal concentrations tested were 0 (control), 10, 22, 46, 100, 220 mg/L. All biological results are based on loading rate of the test substance. The 48h EC/EL50 was determined to be 213 mg/L.

In conclusion, Orasol Pink 478 (CAS 97862-65-2) is assessed to be with high probability not acutely harmful to aquatic invertebrates.
