Justification:

According to the ECHA guidance on PBT/vPvB assessment (version 3.0, 2017), the the test substance is regarded as not PBT/vPvB. As the substance is readily biodegradable, the P/vP screening criterion is not fulfilled.


 


Persistence Assessment


The OECD 301B test conducted determined that the substance is readily biodegradable. Therefore Speedcure EHA is regarded as not being persistent (P) or very persistent (vP).


 


Bioaccumulation Assessment


Speedcure EHA has a Log Kow > 6.2. Based on this, the substance is considered to be potentially bioaccumulative (B) or very bioaccumulative (vB).


 


Toxicity Assessment


Speedcure EHA fulfils the toxicity (T) criteria as it is classified as H360.
